Amber Heard allegedly assaulted Johnny Depp and later claimed she was the victim: many eyewitnesses disputed her claims.
The couple was also spotted leaving the Ago Restaurants: Amber shows no mark and makes no effort to hide her skin. Meanwhile Johnny hide his face. In fact, photos of Johnny’s swollen face were taken by a witness and they’ve been submitted as court evidence.
The day after, Amber was a guest at the James Corden Show. Samantha McMillen, her stylist, prepared her before the show and declared she saw Amber make up free and with no marks, the next day.
Io Tillett Wright declared he saw the wreckage of the incident. He never supported his claim with evidences.

Amber Heard claims she was abused on the island at the end of December 30.
According to testimonies, Amber Heard actually abused Johnny in front of two employees at the Bahamas. She threw a paint thinner and hit Johnny in the head. Amber Heard confessed under oath to doing so. Tara Roberts testified that she saw Amber verbally abusing Johnny but never saw him abusing her.
Photographer Greg Williams was on the island and took photos of Amber: there’s no mark on her skin.
Tara Roberts says that Johnny’s children witnessed the aftermath of Amber Heard’s violence.

Amber Heard claims that Johnny arrived late at her birthday party. She alleges that he was inhebriated and physically assaulted her, grabbing her hair and shoving her to the floor. She says that she went to Coachella but didn’t take drugs and alcohol. She says that it was her sister Whitney who vomited at Coachella’s parking. No evidence backs Amber’s claims.
Facts, testimonies and witnesses are consistent with the following story
• Amber Heard assaulted Johnny after he arrived late to her birthday party. He was late because he was at some business meeting where no alcohol was consumed. Amber Heard punched Johnny and threws his mobile and wallet off the 13th floor. When Johnny left, Amber and her friends left feces on the marital bed.
• On April 22, Johnny’s housekeeper Hilda Vargas found the feces on the bed and called house manager Kevin Murphy. He took some pictures and shared them with bodyguard Sean Bett.
• On April 22, Amber asked to bodyguard Starling Jenkins to use the app “Find my phone”, because she admitted to him to having thrown Johnny’s phone over the balcony the night before.
• Later on April 22, Amber Heard and her friends were escorted to the Coachella by bodyguard Starling Jenkins. He testified that she had no injuries and that she was intoxicated by illicit drugs and wine and throw up. Amber Heard admitted to being “high for 24 hours” to her nurse, Erin Falati, who reported it in her notes.

Johnny went to the penthouse to pick up his things ad resolved to tell Amber that he was divorcing her as a result of previous and constant abuses. According to witnesses, Amber Heard tried to explain the feces incident by calling a friend and the penthouse manager Kevin Murphy. Johnny then left the penthouse: his mom just died.
Police call logs were found and presented by Johnny Depp’s team because they would demostrate Amber Heard’s hoax.

Officer Melissa Saenz’s deposition testified that Heard refused to give her name on May 21, 2016 so she didn’t realize who the woman was until weeks later. Saenz said Heard was crying but she did not see any marks, bruises, swelling or signs of injury on her face. The officer also testified that she inspected the apartment and saw no signs of shattered glass or broken items. Saenz said Heard repeatedly “shook her head” in response to questions and did not want to talk, and that she had no probable cause to believe a crime had been committed. Officer Tyler Hadden shared similar testimony.
Some documents featured in Depp’s lawsuit against The Sun and the lawsuit against Amber Heard in 2019 show some 2016’s witness accounts: an Amber’s friend declaration and some employees of the Eastern Columbia Building’s sworn depositions where they testified that they saw no injuries on Heard after the alleged assault on May 21st 2016.

Depp files a lawsuit for defamation against his ex-wife Amber Heard over the op-ed she wrote in the Washington Post back in December 2018. He asks 50 million dollars. Amber Heard calls Johnny: she is angry for the media coverage. She blames him for his legal moves. She threats him with the domestic violence thing and when he reminds her that's she's the violent one, Amber tells him that if he'd say to be the victim no one would believe him because he's a man.

AMBER GOES TO SAN FRANCISCO TO MEET JOHNNY
With the help of manager Christian Carino, Amber Heard sets up a secret travel to meet Johnny while he was on tour in San Francisco. This is proven by some texts they both sent to Carino an by an audio tape where Amber is heard asking Johnny to hug her. Johnny refused to do so.
This looks so evil, doesn’t it?!
But this is not the first time Amber Heard got messed with the law.

Amber Heard minor’s driver license is suspended
When Amber Heard was 16 in Texas, her minor’s driver license was suspended. Amber Heard was arrested and her mugshot was taken. Reasons for the arrest are unknown.
Amber Heard arrested and booked for Domestic violence
According to law enforcement sources and documents, Amber and Tasya van Ree got in an argument on September 14, 2009 at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Amber allegedly grabbed and struck Tasya in the arm, which upset Tasya and triggered the arrest.
Amber was arrested and booked for misdemeanor domestic violence. Her mug shot was taken and she appeared in court the following day.
The cop who arrested Amber Heard, Beverly Leonard, confirmed that the assault occurred.
Amber Heard Lied to USA immigration Agency
Amber Heard, a self proclaimed “immigration activist”, tries to defraud the US Department of Homeland Security in a written letter. Heard claims that her assistant Savannah McMillan from UK was just visiting her with a Tourist VISA. During the UK trial (July 2020) Heard declared also that Savannah was the one who wrote the letter and she (Amber) just signed it. No way Savannah could have written the letter herself as her own last name has been misspelled for TWO times (Mc Millen iso Mc Millan) as we can see in the documents. In 2019, Johnny Depp declared that he has some paychecks which prove that Savannah McMillan worked illegaly for Amber Heard in USA. Moreover, texts provided by Kevin Murphy show that Savannah used to introduce herself as – Amber Heard’s assistant – and arranged things for her on set etc.
Amber Heard Falsified Australian Immigration Docs
Heard appeared in court after being accused of smuggling her Yorkshire terriers into Australia in 2015. Heard has pleaded guilty to falsifying immigration documents in an Australian court.
Amber Heard was handed a one-month good behaviour bond of $1000.
Kate James and Kevin Murphy testified that Amber Heard knew what she was going to do. Some of Heard’s emails prove it. Johnny’s ex- assistant texts to Kevin Murphy confirm that Amber was well aware of the situation and later in time she also mocked her dog smuggling incident more than once via her Instagram.
