Johnny Depp produced documentary about the legendary Irish singer Shane MacGowan had it’s world premiere at the San Sebastián International Film Festival last week and picked up the Special Jury Prize at the prestigious A-list festival in Spain.

The trial for actor Johnny Depp’s defamation case against his ex-wife Amber Heard could stretch out over the better part of a month – but not until May 2021, more than two years after the lawsuit was filed, a Virginia judge ruled Friday.

Zurich Film Festival revealed that Johnny Depp is set to attend the festival in October with a new documentary that he produced, Crock of Gold: A Few Rounds with Shane MacGowan, directed by Julien Temple.

Johnny Depp is set to voice the character Johnny Puff in “Puffins”, a mobile-first, short-form toon series consisting of 250 five-minute episodes that follow the adventures of a group of cute birds, who are the servants of the wily walrus Otto.
